Analyser Maintenance Contracts – Single or Multiple Analysers
Purchasing an analyser is a long-term commitment. Our customers expect that the lifetime operation of a quality analyser can be between 10 to 15 years. We recommend that your analyser is regularly maintained, to ensure continuous operation.
ATAC can offer a range of service contracts for our analysers, from preventative maintenance visits to break down cover. Contracts can be tailored for a single to multiple analysers.
We can even provide contracts for complete site-wide process analyser maintenance programs for a wide range of analysers. Contact us for more details.
Analyser Installation & Commissioning
To ensure your analyser is set up correctly, ATAC can offer on-site analyser installation and analyser commissioning services. Onsite training courses can be combined with commissioning of the analysers for your convenience. Contact us for further information.
Training
Training courses can be tailored to suit your individual requirements. ATAC can hold training courses at either of our service centre in the UK or at your site for convenience. Contact us for further details.
Analyser Calibration
All our machines are calibrated to the customer specifications prior to leaving ATAC using known standards. If you require future calibration, we can either do that by you returning the equipment to ATAC, engaging one of our partners, or we can visit your site and carry out the calibration there.
Consultancy
Are you putting a bid together and need specialists in process analyser technology?
Most process analyser systems are purchased through EPC contractors and designed by the instrument department. ATAC are able to bolster the EPC capability by contracting out an experienced engineer to design and write the specifications for the analyser systems and analysers. This service could drastically reduce costs whilst giving a technical edge to the bid.
ATAC also offer 3rd party inspection services our engineers work to ensure that goods strictly adhere to the agreed quality plan, drawings and contractual specification.
Factory / Site Acceptance Test & Commissioning
We offer both factory and site acceptance tests and can commission your analyser for you on site.
Site Survey
If you have ATAC analysers on site and would like us to come and survey your analysers for upgrades or replacements, please get in touch.
Positive Material Identification
ATAC can offer Positive Material Identification PMI services, this fast and totally non-destructive method using a certified & calibrated XRF gun gives results in seconds, including alloy grade identification and full alloy chemistry.
PMI can be offered as an independent per item or batch service or as part of your bespoke sample system in addition to any material certification that may be required – Contact us for further details.
