Stocexpo 2026 – Why we were there
Stocexpo is Europe’s premier trade show, with companies from around the world exhibiting all things related to industrial storage. The venue was the Ahoy Arena in Rotterdam, a city that is home to major storage facilities at the mouth of the Rhine.
All the big names in storage were there. We were there to exhibit our product range for petrochemical storage analysers. When storing liquids such as LPG or other hydrocarbon fuels, it is important to know the vapour pressure (either Reid Vapour Pressure or True Vapour Pressure) to ensure that the blending process has been successful. Likewise, it may be important to know the viscosity of the fuels, to ensure correct flow, or the colour or opacity to ensure quality, water content, or to confirm the type of liquid flowing through the pipeline (where pipelines can be switched between different fuel types).

We were joined on stand by representatives of our excellent distributor in the Benelux zone – Aavos. Both Dominique Demurie and Hubert Grosfeld (pictured above) joined us on stand across the two days of the trade show. They proved to be very useful, bringing many years of experience in the industry to the stand.
